Let the Gains Begin

I must really be starting to grow. At least that's what Mom is thinking (perhaps a delusion), since she stepped on the scale this morning and for the first time since my inception, the number had gone up, rather than down. She can still pat herself on the back for making it 19 weeks before the weight started coming on, but she can kiss that good-bye now. That might explain why most shirts are starting to look kind of weird on her.

Dad's been out of town on business on-and-off for about two weeks and comes back tonight. I'm excited to have him back, and I think Mom might be, too. I know he's been thinking about me a lot and he called Mom this morning to ensure that he's off for my next photo session next week.
